I love this product! My Oura ring sleep score is so much better when I drink this before bed versus when I don’t. I just wish it came in a pack of 30 not 25 because I run out before my next shipment arrives.

For me personally I receive better sleep taking magnesium glycinate. Taste was good and ingredients make sense overall. Everyone responds differently!

A necessity! I brought Nite Nectar with me on my travels to the PNW and after early mornings and long hiking days, this was the perfect night cap. Super calming and equally delicious. Also if you haven't guessed, it's excellent for on the go.
